Consent Text Drift Detection

One of the most common TCPA compliance issues is consent text that drifts from approved templates over time. Today we're launching drift detection to catch these issues automatically.

How It Works

For buyers, you can configure one or more "approved text" templates in your settings. When you look up or retain a certificate, we automatically compare the captured consent text against your templates and flag any discrepancies.

Compliance Scoring

Each certificate now shows a compliance score based on:

• Text match — How closely does the captured text match your approved templates?
• TCPA keywords — Does the text include required disclosure language?
• Visual evidence — Was the consent text visible and readable at the time of submission?

Alert Configuration

You can configure alerts to notify you when:

• A certificate fails to match any approved template
• Match scores fall below a threshold you set
• A publisher's consent text changes from what you've seen before

Getting Started

Head to Settings → Compliance to add your approved text templates. Once configured, you'll start seeing compliance indicators on all new certificate lookups.
