Progressive Filtering

Filters now activate incrementally, so you can narrow results step by step without overwhelming the interface.

URL-Synced State

Filter settings are reflected in the URL, making views easier to share and preserving state on refresh.

Table UX Upgrades

Status rendering and empty states were refined to make large certificate datasets easier to scan and act on.
